Let’s spend time together catching up and enjoying life. Can you imagine a better way to celebrate ourselves other than being together eating/drinking, singing/dancing, Teen Patti, and planning our next adventures at the 2019 reunion?

 

Now for the details:

The costs for the reunion are being finalized.  They are expected to be around $1,700 per couple or $1,200 per individual.  This will include transportation from selected area airports, lodging, all meals, activities and transportation.  We will keep you informed.

Next Steps – Step 1:  Immediate Action required from all of us:  At your earliest opportunity, please drop an email to Vrajesh Lal ( vrajeshl@wrapper.com) or Adarsh Saigal(forsaigals@gmail.com)  if you plan to participate.  This will give us a head count as they plan activities.

Step – 2: Near Term Action required from all of us – By May 1.

We have to put down a deposit with the hotel and make some other commitments.  We are asking for deposits of $300 per person.  We will collect the money and commit to the hotel and others vendors.  In order to streamline this process, we have a bank account at Wells Fargo in the name of “IIT-K 65 Batch Reunion Organization”.  You have two ways to make this payment.  Vrajesh Lal has volunteered to be our CFO for the event.

  1. Send your check to Vrajesh made out to “IIT-K 65 Batch Reunion Organization“.   Vrajesh’s address is:  Vrajesh Lal, 3694 Wrightwood Drive, Studio City , CA 91604.  Phone numbers are: 818-763-9846(Home),818-271-8789  (Cell).
  2. Alternately, you can go into any Wells-Fargo bank branch and deposit the money into the account using the attached deposit slip.  Forward an email to Vrajesh at Vrajeshl@wrapper.com informing him of date and branch where the deposit was made.

Step 3:  Later — About 120 days before the event

Around end June, we will collect the rest of the money needed to bind the deals and cover the expenses.  This will be about $500 per person.  You will make the rest of the payment upon check-out from the hotel.

Once we have 50 or more sign up, we will sign an Indian Singer who will entertain us with Hits from the 70’s! What a great way to Cap off our last night together among the stars.
