Can you imagine a better way to celebrate ourselves other than being together eating\/drinking, singing\/dancing, Teen Patti, and planning our next adventures at the 2019 reunion?<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Now for the details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n The costs for the reunion are being finalized.\u00a0 They are expected to be around $1,700 per couple or $1,200 per individual.\u00a0 This will include transportation from selected area airports, lodging, all meals, activities and transportation.\u00a0 We will keep you informed.<\/p>\n Next Steps \u2013 Step 1:\u00a0 Immediate Action required from all of us:\u00a0 <\/strong>At your earliest opportunity, please drop an email to Vrajesh Lal ( vrajeshl@wrapper.com<\/a>) or Adarsh Saigal(forsaigals@gmail.com<\/a>) \u00a0if you plan to participate.\u00a0 This will give us a head count as they plan activities.<\/p>\n Step \u2013 2: Near Term Action required from all of us \u2013 By May 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n We have to put down a deposit with the hotel and make some other commitments.\u00a0 We are asking for deposits of $300 per person.\u00a0 We will collect the money and commit to the hotel and others vendors.\u00a0 In order to streamline this process, we have a bank account at Wells Fargo<\/strong> in the name of \u201cIIT-K 65 Batch Reunion Organization\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 You have two ways to make this payment.\u00a0 Vrajesh Lal has volunteered to be our CFO for the event.<\/p>\n Step 3:\u00a0 Later —\u00a0About 120 days before the event <\/strong><\/p>\n Around end June, we will collect the rest of the money needed to bind the deals and cover the expenses.\u00a0 This will be about $500 per person.\u00a0 You will make the rest of the payment upon check-out from the hotel.<\/p>\n Congratulations\u2026.
