Thanks to the meticulous planning and equally flawless execution by the Team Toronto, 51st reunion was a grand success.<\/p>\n

Ajit has been assigned to provide the details and so I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Swagat, Prabha, Manisha, Raj, Robin, and Mukesh for their hard work and the affectionate hospitality.<\/p>\n

It was a lot of fun to meet everyone who attended, and we all missed those who could not. In the spirit of the two dinner events, bahut shor machaya hum logon nein, us se bhi jyada maja aya toronto mein.<\/p>\n

Thanks so much Akhilesh for such a positive feedback about the Toronto Reunion. It was such a joy to be part of this and meeting you and all the batch mates and spouses that attended, some of you I did not meet for 20 plus years.\u00a0 It gives great satisfaction to me and Team Toronto that this 4 day event was so successful. The fun and camaraderie amongst us 67+years old guys (and spouses) was unbelievable, the yoga classes led by Jaya every morning were so fulfilling, and the discussions about retirement planning (led by Asha) \u00a0and giving back to IITK (led by Uday) were so informative.<\/p>\n

Thank you so much for attending and making this Reunion in Toronto such a grand success!<\/p>\n

Let us make this an annual event, and have greater participation.<\/p>\n

Jaya and I would like to thank Team Toronto (Manjusha, Prabha, Swagata, Mukesh, Raj and Robin) to do a great job in arranging the reunion.\u00a0 Although the attendance was less than anticiapted, we all had a great time.\u00a0 Changing the plans at the last minute based on weather forecast was a great challenge and Team Toronto handled it very well. We hope that we could continue getting together every year and more of us could join in future.<\/p>\n

      I can recognize only the guys \/gals I have met since we parted in 1970, and none others. This includes you, unfortunately. Only Upendra with some difficulty. Of those I recognize, I meet Vish frequently when I visit my daughter in Maryland, Robin when in Toronto 15 years ago, Uday in India, and Moghe in Kanpur at the 35th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
